I am a mobile personal trainer and performance coach and I want to give your more exercise equipment options for outdoor training. It could be reformer, cable, balls and weights. In this way important thing that we not get bored also we improving motor system by using different tools and methods.  

EVERY SESSION HAS 3 PHASE

PHASE 1

Move like a flow. Learn how to move your body freely. Bridges, animal walks, jumps, flows and mobility. After a term you will not only be a stronger also you will move much better. Your coordination, balance and body dynamics will work more efficiently.

PHASE 2

Pillar strength, Throwing, Lifting, Jumping. Everything will be in the plan and this plan will create on your needs & targets. In this phase we aim to become a stronger and faster. Functional Training and Movement based exercises will help you to get better shape.

PHASE 3

Conditioning is over all life quality. When your heart and lung is limiting your performance or life quality, we need to conceder about cardiovascular training. In This section we are targeting to push your limit within controlled heart rate.
